KIS Newsletter - April 3, 2020
What is continuity of learning? Per the March 27, 2020 DOE Continuity of Learning memo, continuity of learning is defined as: "In our case and aligned to agreements, Continuity of Learning during the school closure period of March 30, 2020, until April 30, 2020, means providing learning activities to maintain and enrich what has been taught. These plans could include offline activities or e-learning, including distance learning options, as feasible and appropriate."
Aloha Parents & Students-
The staff of KIS is currently collaborating in order to figure out how to meet the needs of all our students during this challenging time. We are asking at least one person from each family (parent or student) to complete the google form with the link below that will inform us of any needs our students may have in order to access learning while we practice social distancing. We appreciate your patience as our staff creates and finalizes plans that will support the education of our KIS ohana remotely. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our administration via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com, or firstname.lastname@example.org
