Incoming Freshmen to Kalaheo HS who are interested in playing JV Football, please plan on taking a physical exam to be cleared to play high school football. Forms can be downloaded either at oiasports.com or at kalaheohigh.org. Physical exam clearance is good for 1 year. You will also need a Parental Consent Form. Both forms will have to be signed and turned in to Kalaheo Athletics before one can participate. Due to the Pandemic Health Crisis, there is much uncertainty as to the start up of high school sports. As information becomes available, a summer practice schedule will be made available. Please be sure to leave contact information with Coach Maeda by e-mailng him and/or check the Kalaheo HS website for updated information.
