To all visitors of Kailua Intermediate School: We welcome your support and your visits to our school as we work together to help all of our students. However, I would like to remind you of our visitor policy. All visitors to our campus must check-in at our front office. This is for safety and accountability. If you need to visit one or more of our faculty or staff members we ask that you arrange the visit in advance if possible, or ask the clerks in the front office if that person is available. Classroom observations must be arranged 24 hours in advance. Our teacher teams and counselors are the front line to assist your child. All messages should be answered within 24 business hours. We appreciate your help and support with this.
Emergency School Closings: For updates on schools' status during storms, visit the Hawaii DOE website or watch your local news.
